What did I learn from this experience?

COLLABORATION IS KEY

Working alone has its perks, more focus and downtime, but we also need different perspectives to solve problems. Sometimes all we need is another pair of eyes to come up with the right solution.

REMEMBER YOUR USERS

Our job as UX designers is to advocate for the user and their needs. We should always find the right balance between business and user requirements. Don't forget about your users!

ALWAYS KEEP GROWING

Punchcut's culture is all about being aware of new trends and learn from them. As designers, we should always be growing and learning, not only from books and articles, but from people that surround us.

THE JOB IS A GAME!

As designers, we tend to use tools and exercises to spark creativity and think outside the box. At Punchcut, I learned that we can add elements of fun to any task or challenge and make the job, a game.
